This studio unit is fully air-conditioned, carpeted in the living area and offers a full bathroom. It is located at MM 88.5 and features a queen-sized Murphy bed, which can be easily stowed during the day, as well as a sofa and love seat. The balcony is fully screened and enclosed and includes a bistro table and two chairs. You will also find a dining table with two chairs, a ceiling fan, TV, vacuum, and an iron. The building has five floors, a large swimming pool & children's pool, exercise room with sauna and a Laundry room on each floor. There is also a Billiard and Ping-Pong room, adult party lounge and cookout facilities.

We have direct access to Florida Bay and then the ocean and we are minutes from Islamorada, the “sport fishing capitol of the world” and minutes from legendary Key Largo, site of incredible living reef and home of John Pennekamp State Park (underwater). You can walk or drive to restaurants, shopping sight-seeing. Also nearby, snorkeling, diving, fishing and boating.
