Brezza del Mare Condominium is a beautifully constructed Italian style complex located at 235 Base Avenue East on the Island of Venice, Florida. There are 17 units in all and a number of our neighbors live there year-round. The outside is magnificently designed and meticulously landscaped. Upkeep is a priority. An elevator provides service for the three story building. Once you settle in, you'll see why folks return year after year!

Gulf of Mexico:
Brezza del Mare is approximately 1.5 miles to the blue water and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If you load your car with beach chairs & unbrellas there is plenty of room for parking directly in front of the four consecutive beach areas. The beach area that we particularly enjoy is Sharkey's Pier. Great food, refreshing drinks, entertainment & fishing are available. If you decide not to spend a lot of time at the beach its only a short bike ride away. If you decide to skip the beach you can lounge around at the Brezza del Mare pool and for the gulfer there is a nine whole Gulf Course just a block away.

The Island:
There are plently of restaurants and delicious food. However, many nights we enjoy just staying home & grilling by the pool. The village has unique shops and great buys. Merchants are friendly and customer oriented.

Transportation:
If you bring your own car you can just park it in the garage. Public transportation is available every few blocks and can easily get you wherever you want to go. The mini-buses are spotless, air-conditioned & run on time.

December, January, February & March are $2700.00 per month

April & May are $2200.00 per month

June is $1800.00 per month

July, August & September are $1500.00 per month

October & November are $2000.00 per month

$500 Security Deposit

Florida State Tax 11% to be added to rental

Cleaning fees $150.00

Check in time 2 pm - Check Out 11 am

Cleaning & Tax fees will be reflected in the Rental Agreement

Walk thrus will be conducted prior to returning the deposit, however,the deposit will be returned within a two week period.
