Outside we have a solar heated pool with spa in a screened lanai over looking the beautiful garden, lake and golf course with a seating area consisting of a table and 6 chairs plus two sun loungers.

There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy looking at whilst relaxing in the lanai.

We have a gas barbecue located on the patio area outside the lanai. Our villa is not overlooked by any other property which make it very private and relaxing.

Pine Valley is just a short distance from the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches, which includes Englewood Beach, Blind Pass beach, Boca Grande beaches, Manasota Key beach and many more.

Cape Haze Pioneer Trail is close by where you can cycle to Placida and Boca Grande if your are feeling energetic and adventurous!

In the centre of Rotonda there is a 32-acre community park which has a bike trail, children's play area, tennis courts, picnic area which has also has a sheltered area, toilet/washroom facilities, nature preserve and nature trail. There is also a multi-purpose open field space.

With plenty of golf courses within the area, it is also a golfers paradise with a different golf course never too far away.

Port Charlotte is a short drive away where you can do plenty of shopping at the mall (with designer shops such as Hollister, American Eagle plus large department stores such as Macy's, Sears, Beall's, JC Penneys, Dillards and many more).

If you are looking for excellent discounted designer shopping, the Prime Outlets at The Miromar near Fort Myers or the Prime Outlets at Ellenton near Bradenton are just over an hours drive away and are well worth visiting.

Englewood which is very close to Rotonda has plenty of lovely restaurants to try and places to see such as Lemon Bay Park, Dearborn Street which has some lovely old fashioned Floridian shops and much much more.

Also within an easy drive away is Sarasota, Venice, Fort Myers, Cape Haze, Boca Grande and Punta Gorda, all well worth visiting for a great day out.

Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay is just under a couple of hours drive so makes a lovely day out for all the family.

The Everglades are also a couple of hours drive away and again is well worth a visit to experience the airboat rides and wildlife.
