Our home is located in Pine Valley, the newest section of Rotonda. It is south facing for maximum sun exposure and overlooks woodland and the new 9 hole Pine Valley Golf Course. The Villa has 2,300 square feet of fully air conditioned living space, with ceiling fans in all rooms and Lanai for your added comfort. Features include 2 very spacious en-suite bedrooms, both with king sized beds and walk in wardrobes. The Master en-suite has his and hers large marble corner basin units, fully tiled walk in shower, large oval marble tub and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 en-suite has large marble basin area, fully tiled walk in shower and toilet. Both rooms have the very best furnishings and bedding. |

French doors lead onto the Lanai and pool deck. They also have 24 inch TV/DVD/VCR with individually controlled satellite channels and clock radio. The Twin room has fitted wardrobes, TV with a DVD player and is next to the family bathroom, which has a tub and shower. The fully equipped Kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboards filled with everything you could possibly need, along with all the modern conveniences including the separate laundry room. The nook, with large rectangular table comfortably seating 6 overlooks the pool with a door leading onto the Lanai. The magnificent Great room is very large with Cathedral ceiling and has 3 large fully retractable sliding doors overlooking the lanai, pool and beyond. |

'There is a formal dining room set within an impressive Bay window, and is also home to a Computer with Printer and WIFI access. These rooms have been furnished to the very highest standard, which include 2 three sweater leather suites with occasional table. There is a top of the range entertainment unit to house the 32 inch HD TV, DVD player with cinema surround and Satellite. A jaw dropping centre piece cocktail table completes the area, together with the stylish formal dining table and chairs. The main living areas have 20 inch ceramic tiling laid in the diamond design for that final impact, with the 3 bedrooms carpeted for your comfort. We have installed an Integrated music system which has security and communication features, and can be enjoyed and operated from each room and the lanai. Outside boasts a 30 X 13 foot solar heated pool with the option of additional heating for cooler months, set within an oversized screened deck. There is a range of chairs, loungers and tables that will suit everybody's needs. For added convenience there is a pool bathroom and outside hot/cold shower.
