This beautiful 2 bedroom villa resides on the 9th fairway of Sable Trace Country Club, located 1 hr south of Tampa, Fl and 1 hr north of Ft Myers, Fl. The villas are nestled among a mix of shade trees and tropical palms that line the winding drives to create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Inside, you will find a completely refurnished 2 bedroom living unit, with full kitchen, dining and living rooms. The Gulf of Mexico is just a 15 minute ride. Beautiful beaches and perfect sunsets are our specialty. Charter fishing, boat rentals, and sunset cruises are available in Port Charlotte and Venice with daily cruises to Key West from Ft Myers.

Kick your feet up and enjoy the comfortable couch and love seat as you surf the TV for your favorite programs. Relax in the Master bedroom, complete with queen size bed and private shower. The matching twin beds make the villa a pleasurable retreat for at least four people. Make a quick snack or a gourmet dinner in the full size kitchen. Enjoy your dinner at the dining room table or outside in the screened "lanai" where you can enjoy the warmth of Florida's mild winter temperatures.

Just down the road is Heron Creek Golf and Country Club. Bring your "A" game for this challenging course. A five minute drive across town is Bobcat Trails Golf Course. Designed by Bob Tway, this course will test your putter. Other challenging courses to test your skills are just a short drive in any direction. Disney World, Sea World, Bush Gardens, and many more theme parks are all within a moderate drive from here.
