Graham-Rutland is our cozy getaway canal front home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This unique property has a spacious screened Lanai overlooking the canal with a large wooden sundeck. Our home is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. Next to the garage is an area for you to park your boat trailer. This bright, airy home has a 8000 Lb boat lift, which makes it easy for you to hop in your boat, fill up your gas tank at the end of our canal, and be in Charlotte Harbor in a matter of minutes. In this Fisherman's Paradise you can catch tarpon, snook, redfish, trout, snapper, grouper and other species of game fish.

Kayak enthusiasts will enjoy navigating the "Blue Way", which is 110 miles of kayak trails. If you are interested in more of a relaxing experience, you will enjoy the local shops, or dine at many exceptional restaurants. You can take a walk around our canal streets or ride a bike and enjoy our quite neighborhood on our small Gulf Coast Island. Our island is also the home of many artists and writers.

Jan - Apr (Peak Season) $900 Weekly, $2300 Monthly

3 Night Minimum, except Peak Season when monthly rentals are accepted. 50% due at confirmation, balance due 1 week prior to stay. Sales and Resort Tax of 11%, unless your stay is over 6 months and 1 day, there would be no Sales Tax. Refundable Security (Damage) Deposit of $300 submitted by seperate check at time of confirmation, which if no damage, will be returned within 10 days of departure, excluding the $100 cleaning fee. Rate includes electric, water, cable tv, internet service, and use of boat lift.
