The villa features vaulted ceilings with fans, 2 bedrooms plus private den with brand new queen sleeper sofa and 2 full baths. The nice size eat-in kitchen opens to the dining area and living room. Bedrooms and den have TVs, VCRs and DVD players complete with selection of tapes and DVD films. The stereo system is wired throughout the villa including outdoor patio and pool area.
