The house is air conditioned with 5 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and 3.5 baths. It has a formal entry, 3 living rooms, dining room, large kitchen with granite counterops and an eat-in bay window, utility room, and lanai (screened in porch). There are three oak interior staircases (one is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, spindles, and handrails. One of the living rooms has a vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace.

Throughout the house you will find plantation shutters, draperies, custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions. Two of the 5+ bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.
