This 3 bedroom home, was completed in December 2002. It has superb views over one of the three lakes in the tranquil, gated community of Beachwalk Isles in South Fort Myers. With restaurants and a quality supermarket within walking distance, Fort Myers Beach 5 minutes away, and the tropical island paradise of Sanibel an easy 10 minute drive, "Driftwood" is ideally located. The spacious, stylishly furnished , air conditioned home has all the facilities you would expect of an exclusive location.

You will enjoy the screened, heated, 28' by 14' south-facing pool and sundeck overlooking the pool and lake. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and TV/VCR. The breakfast nook with seating for four and there is a formal dining area with seating for six. There are good sized second and third bedrooms (one double, one twin) with shared bathroom. The Great Room has comfortable sofas, great views of the pool and lake and TV/VCR/DVD /stereo; light,airy and stylishly furnished throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms. There is an infant's cot available at extra cost if booked in advance.
