Rates are for two adults and children. Additional charges for two couples or guests. These charges include cleaning and utilities. Managed and maintained by owners who live on site. A deposit of $300 is required up front. This is a security and reservation deposit and is not part of the rent. This deposit will be returned within 30 days of leaving less deductions for excessive cleaning,repairs or replacement of furniture . Rental fee is upon arrival. If cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival deposit will be fully refunded. There is an additional 11% bed tax and sales tax not included in rental fees.
