This privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is professionally managed by Caper Beach Club. Our third floor condo enjoys unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is an end unit; therefore instead of a condo wall next to you, you get an extra open air balcony with access through the kitchen and master bedroom, plus a wall full of windows. Free hi-speed wireless Internet access is included. The living room is outfitted with sofa, two recliners, swivel chair, 32 inch flat screen television with stereo and DVD player. The unit has been professionally decorated and has one balcony & one screened beach-facing lanai. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, balcony, and 27 inch television with DVD player. Guest bedroom has two beds, a queen & twin. Maximum occupancy is five people. We are within walking distance of shopping, churches, grocery store, library and restaurants.

Your security deposit will be held up to 14 days after your departure. The deposit will be adjusted for damages, extra cleaning charges, or any unpaid rents. Florida state tax is 11%. Caper Beach Club charges a 3% service fee. All payments made to Caper Beach Club. Payment Policy – 25% of the total rental amount is due when the reservation is made if paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. If paying by check, payment is due within 2 weeks. 50% of the total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival. The rental balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are accepted if paid within terms. If payment policy is not observed the reservation will be cancelled and a copy of the cancellation sent to you. Cancellations must be made in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of payment unless the unit is re-booked for the same time period. A 5% administrative fee applies to the total rental amount for ALL CANCELLATIONS. After your arrival should you shorten your stay there will be no refund. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance in case an emergency situation alters your travel plans.
