This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, located on Treasure Island near St. Petersburg Beach is one of four side-by- side units, each having its own four car garage. There is no living area on the first floor because of local building codes. The home is nine years old, has approximately 1050 sq. feet of living area, with a great room that has sky lights in the ceiling and best of all, it is only 850 feet from the beach, which is excellent for early morning, or sunset walks after dinner.

This part of the Florida Gulf Coast is a tourist delight... only 1-1/2 hrs from Disney, and 50 minutes from Bush Gardens. Locally, there are unlimited things to see and do. About 3/4 of a mile away is Johns Pass, which is an international waterway. In the area you will find numerous shops, stores and restaurants. Activities include boating, water skiing, para sailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, and much more. Also, in the immediate area, there are baseball diamonds, tennis courts, golf courses, etc.
