A $500.00 security deposit is due upon signing of the lease to reserve the condo and as a security/cleaning deposit. The $500.00 security deposit will be returned to the RENTER at the end of this lease, less any amount deducted for damages, replacement or cleaning. The cleaning fee is $85.00. If RENTER prefers to clean the condo, the entire $500.00 will be will be returned to the RENTER if premises are deemed in appropriate condition upon inspection on the day of departure.
