This is a 3 story Gulf view home with 2 - two bedroom apartments...  one on the second floor and one on the third floor. An elevator can take you right to your door and both flats are wheelchair friendly.  The home has 4 balconies and direct access to Treasure Island Beach.  EACH unit has a large Master bedroom with a 2nd bedroom/office/den, 1 bath, Great room with living and dining area and spacious custom Kitchen: over 1150sq ft of living space on each Floor.  Good restaurants are in abundance within a short walk or drive.  For the beach lover- The beautiful Gulf with its warm blue water is a quick stroll out your door.

Recessed lighting and double pane windows also adorn your living environment and there is ceramic tile throughout. Additional custom features on the 3rd floor unit include California closets, custom cabinets and vaulted ceilings. Private entrances on each floor afford you the greatest privacy available. There is an oversized 2-car garage with opener (one side available to each floor). There is a covered entry, Foyer and Bonus room on the ground floor. The backyard is fenced for privacy with patio and the property is beautifully landscaped. We are located just off Gulf Boulevard and slightly north of the Central Ave Causeway Bridge.

Situated Between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach “Georges’ Get-A-Way” has easy access to the mainland and the Bay area's major attractions. Professional sporting events are nearly year round, including the National Football League, National Hockey League and Major League Baseball (Spring training and regular season). Day trips to Orlando’s Seaworld, Universal Studio, Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center are possible. Closer to home in Tampa are Adventure Island (Water Park), Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens and MOSI (Tampa’s Museum of Science and Industry) with an IMAX Theater.

You can catch a beach trolley on the corner, which will take you from Clearwater to St.  Petersburg so driving is not necessary.  We also have bicycles available.  There is plenty of diverse local shopping and malls.  Just 7 blocks up Gulf Blvd is world famous Johns Pass, which offers dining, shopping, fishing trips, boat tours and live entertainment.

The white sandy beach provides the perfect playground for your favorite beach activities.  We are close to tennis courts and several Championship and Executive golf courses.  Fishing, Dinner and gambling cruises depart daily from John's Pass and other ports in the Bay area.  Orlando Attractions: 90 min...  Tampa Attractions: 30 min...  St Petersburg Attractions: 15 mins...  Tampa Int.  Airport: 25 min. Monthly Rates: A booking deposit equal to 50% of first month required to hold booking date; balance due 60days prior to arrival. $100 Cleaning/Sanitation fee upon departure;(deducted from security deposit). All utilities included. Cancellation Policy: $1,200 Security Deposit 100% refundable upon cancellation. Booking and holding deposits are 100% refundable 60+ Days prior to arrival. Booking and holding deposits are 50% refundable 59-31 Days prior to arrival. Booking and holding deposits are Non-Refundable 30 or less Days prior to arrival.
