St Pete Beach condo

This newly renovated (2012), beautifully furnished condo has a large, private, fenced yard. AND it’s only a 60 second walk to the gulf beaches! FREE WI-fi internet! The condo boasts 1350 sq ft of living space and has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Ten foot sliding glass doors open onto your private, fenced, backyard where you can sit in the shade under the covered area or enjoy private sunbathing in the uncovered area. The kiddies can play in a safe contained area. It really is only 2 blocks to the water! You can walk there in 60 seconds. (maybe a little longer if you're dragging the kids.) St. Pete Beach is a beautiful, wide, white sandy beach. The waves are very small (if any) and the water is warm. This is a Gulf Beach, NOT the ocean.

Enjoy the huge, great room living area. Here you'll find a 42" TV, DVD, cable, stereo, I Pod/MP3 connectivity and plenty of seating. Board games and activities are supplied for your quiet time. Sit in the living room, or work in the kitchen and look out of large windows onto the pool area (great for keeping an eye on the kids swimming). The master bedroom has a queen bed, leather love seat, and a 27" TV. It has a private bath with shower, walk in closet and separate entrance to the patio.

The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, closet and another 27" TV. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 in a twin bunk bed. Here there is a dresser and closet. There is a full sized futon in the living area with a spring mattress (very comfortable) to sleep 2. Pamper yourself in luxuriously soft, high thread count bed linens. The big fluffy towels in the bathrooms are just like a luxury hotel. The full granite-top kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a separate dining area so you can enjoy all those home cooked meals.

Of course all the usual beach things are available to do in the area. The Waves is a gated, condo complex with only nineteen units. We have a heated pool, laundry and a game room. Take an easy stroll to local shopping and restaurants. There are many good eating establishments within a 5 minute walk of the condo. Many stores and shops are located up and down Gulf Blvd. easy to walk or drive to. You'll be located less than 45 minutes from area airports and Busch Gardens. Orlando is only 90 minutes away! With 1350 sq ft this condo is big enough for the whole family to enjoy. Come and stay. You'll enjoy your hassle free vacation and will want to come back over and over.
