The first floor has a fully enclosed garage with TV, ping pong, fun & games! You are a 20 minute boat ride to the Gulf for great flats and grouper fishing. You can canoe or drive to nearby restaurants or a riverfront park with a sandy beach. Enjoy the wild life or swim in the clear, cool river.
