Recently renovated, our 1 bedroom, 1st floor condo is located just across the street from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and has easy beach access. Our complex boasts a large year-round heated pool where you can lounge in the sun and barbeque on the gas grill. We are within walking distance of fine restaurants, shops, grocery stores, jet ski rentals, charter fishing, parasailing, casino cruises, and famous John's Pass. Madeira Beach is halfway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, only 90 minutes from major Florida attractions like Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Tampa airport is only 30 minutes away.
