The condominium is located in the well reviewed BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT on the Intracoastal Waterway of Indian Shores, Florida. The resort directly ACROSS THE STREET from the beach. Beach access is via a private access walkway. Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door. You can also enjoy the PRIVATE HEATED POOL.

It also has a PRIVATE PATIO with brick pavers, patio set and large umbrella that surrounded by a white privacy fence and beautiful landscaping!

The BEDROOM is carpeted and furnished with a comfortable QUEEN SIZE bed, high thread count linens, large closet, ceiling fan, alarm clock. We also provide extra blankets, linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa. The KITCHEN is furnished with a smooth top stove, granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator and all the utensils you would need. We even included a crock pot and blender! The DINETTE area seats four comfortably. The dry bar has an ice bucket as well as wine and cocktail glasses. There are books to read and cards, poker chips, chess, checkers and to play when you are relaxing and hanging out. The FAMILY ROOM has a Queen-Size sleeper sofa, Stereo/CD/Mp3 Player, The SITTING ROOM has two chairs and a desk - with FREE Internet access and long distance (Canada and Continental Us Only ) The BATHROOM has lots of high end towels, a walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, wall-mounted hair dryer, and shelving for storage.

A COIN OPERATED LAUNDRY and BOAT SLIP RENTALS are available on property.

There are several restaurants and pubs close to the resort. The renowned Salt Rock Grill is located directly next door and is one of the best places to eat on the beach! Smugglers Cove Miniature golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach. Walt Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Weeki Wachie are all within a 90 minute drive.
