First month's rent required and secuirty deposit of $500 to hold reservation.

Rentals have a cap of $80.00 per month on electric and $80.00 per month on water.
* Rental includes basic cable, trash removal, and lawn care.
* Internet service: Additional $40.00 per month (price subject to change depending on market value from internet provider).
* 9% sales tax applies.
* $150.00 cleaning fee, waived if house left clean* Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at owner's discretion.
Deposit:
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check-in!
Cancellations: Deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded with a 30-day-notice.
**If any damages occur during your stay, you will be billed for the cost of repairs. If payment is not submitted in a timely manner, owner of the home will seek legal council
