Snowbirds rentals in Hudson, Florida... with heated pool

Gill's Hudson Hideaway really is a home away from home. It is located in the deed resticted community of Fairway Oaks, a golf course development in Hudson. This home has everything that you will need to enjoy your Florida vacation. The pool area has full sunshine all day and there is a covered lanai should you want some shade during the hottest part of the day. The whole area is screened for your comfort. Inside, the home is a split plan design with the kitchen, dining room and living room all in the centre of the house, Master suite at one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side for maximum privacy. The living room has sliding glass doors out to the pool area, as does the master bedroom. The Links golf course, which runs through Fairway Oaks, is a popular course and open to the public. It has it's challenges and will test the skill of any golfer who wishes to play.

There is a plaza of stores very close to Fairway Oaks with a Publix food store and various other smaller stores, a takeaway shop, an Italian restaurant and a pub to name but a few. Hudson Beach is a few minutes drive from the house. It's a small man made beach and is very popular. Be sure to have a meal and a drink at Sam's beach bar while enjoying Florida's fabulous sunsets on the Gulf. Gulf View Mall is close, less than 10 minutes from the house and has all the big name stores, Dillard's, Macy's, J C Penny's and lot's more. It's located on US 19, the main road through the area.

All the big chain restaurants are on this road, Chili's, Olive Garden, Carraba's as well as many smaller, independent restaurants. There is a large cinema complex, showing the latest movies, 10 pin bowling and crazy golf. Busch Gardens is less than an hour drive and a day there is sure to please everyone in your group. Disney World and Sea World are easily reached from Hudson, only 1 1/2 hours away. Hudson is a great location to spend a vacation at. You can have as busy or as quiet a time as you want. Fairway Oaks is a popular destination, with people coming back year after year to enjoy the quiet, friendly neighborhood.

$650 per week or $2000.00 per month does not include sales tax @ 9 %

Damage deposit of $200 is due with final payment and is refundable provided there has been no damage to property. Florida Sales Tax of 9% is additional to rental rate. Cleaning fee of $55.00 is additional and is due at time of final payment. Electric pool heating is not included in the rental rate. A charge of $10 per day will be applied if pool heating is required.
