You will have easy access to beaches, restaurants, golf and all attractions. Paloma has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, all decorated and furnished to the highest level. There is also an electrically heated pool overlooking a beautiful large lake abundant with waterfowl and very private with preserve beyond the lake.

Community facilities include a large heated community pool, basketball court and tot play lot. There are two separate and very comfortable living areas. The first overlooks the lake and has sliding patio/lanai doors opening out to the great pool area. There is a 100 channel cable plasma TV and DVD/CD player to keep everyone amused. The sumptuous second lounge has a wonderful high ceiling, 100 channel cable TV, a Playstation 2 and a fantastic 15 in 1 mini games table to keep everyone entertained. The table games that can be played are Soccer, Air Powered Hockey, Backgammon, Cards, Shuffleboard, Ring Toss, Chess, Horseshoes, Checkers, Bowling, Billiards, Football. Baseball and Table Tennis.

A sliding patio/lanai door opens out to the pool area. This is a superb room for all the family to relax or play games in. A new kitchen is always a joy and this is no exception, we have every appliance and gadget you could possibly want. The large American style fridge has an automatic ice maker, crushed or cubed ice and filtered water always available for you. An extra filtered water faucet is also available by the main sink. There is an area for formal dining and a breakfast bar with four stools, ideal for having a snack or drink at any time. A Child's High Chair is available for hire if required. For all your laundry needs there is a full separate laundry room with basin, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A door from this leads through to the large 3 car garage.

The fabulous contemporary designed Master bedroom has an American King size bed (the largest size bed), a 100 channel cable plasma TV, large ensuite bathroom with a huge walk in shower , corner tub bath and twin marble vanities and separate toilet. A hair dryer is available for use. You also have the added advantage of "his" and "hers" walk in closets. A door opens out directly to the pool area from this master bedroom. The second bedroom has an American Queen size bed with a 100 channel cable plasma TV and also a full bathroom with large shower, marble vanity, toilet and hairdryer is immediately next to this bedroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have twin beds and a third full bathroom with bath, shower facility, marble vanity and toilet is conveniently positioned between these two bedrooms. A crib/cot is available for hire if required.
All linens and towels are provided including beach towels. All rooms also have full ceiling fans and alarm clocks.

Paloma has a beautiful newly built electrically heated private pool with a special pebble finish, fully screened with a large lanai and overlooking a spectacular lake with preserve behind.

The lake is full of waterfowl for you to watch as you relax in the warm Florida sunshine. The pool area has new executive patio furniture, a table which can seat up to 8 for dining outside, sun loungers and rockers. There is a covered shaded area to dine under, with a fan and lights and a light in the pool for the evening dip. There are toys for the pool and umbrellas and buckets and spades for the beach. To ensure complete safety for toddlers there is a removable child safety barrier if required. A pool airier/dryer is provided to help dry swimsuits and towels. If you are looking for somewhere slightly nearer to Orlando and Busch Gardens, but on the gulf coast then Paloma is perfect. It is in a lovely tranquil setting but only minutes to Sarasota and Bradenton. ATTRACTIONS AND DISTANCES: Tampa Airport 35 mins, Orlando Airport 1 hr 45, Sarasota/Bradenton Airport 25 mins, Disney World 1 hr 15, Gulf Coast Beaches 25 minutes, Marinas and Manatee River from 5 mins.
