Beautifully decorated and completely renovated direct gulf front townhouse - one of the only "non-highrise" beachfront units - with two bedrooms & two full baths upstairs, indoor laundry, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining, and the living area featuring big screen tv and access to private covered balcony with direct gulf views. Walk into the condo, and you're met with floor to ceiling glass offering one of the best views on Pensacola Beach! The complex has a gulf side pool and two private garages. 1 week minimum in July.

Located on the third floor of a three story condominium with stairways on either side of building for access. A king bed is in the master, a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom with a single on top and a full on the bottom, to sleep 7. Each bedroom has a private bath and a half bath is off the living room. There is a washer/dryer in the upstairs hall. Large balconies off the living room and master offer fantastic views of the Gulf and beach.

Area activities include sailing, parasailing, mini golf, even skydiving! There are several places to rent fun toys such as funny cars, jet skis, & scooters. Enjoy fishing from the Pensacola Beach pier or charter a boat. Live music, cool nightlife, and a fine selection of shopping and dining await. Pensacola Beach has a lot to offer!

RESERVATIONS: A minimum of 50% down per reservation is required at time of booking. Final rental payments are due in full 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, refunds must be obtained from Travel Guard Travel Protection (if you elected to purchase travel insurance) and are subject to their policies and conditions. To protect against the loss of your rental payments, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Call Gulf Blue Vacations toll free at 800.242.3224 for travel insurance purchase information. Each reservation is also subject to a cleaning and linen fee. Rent is taxable at state/local rates of 11.5% - Pensacola Beach; 10.5% - Navarre Beach; 12% - Gulf Shores; 12% - Biloxi/Gulfport CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Your prepaid rent less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival for weekly and daily reservations, and 90 days or more prior to arrival for monthly reservations. All reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the entire advance payment. To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Guard Travel Protection (please see next paragraph). Please note that room changes are considered the same as a cancellation since the properties are individually owned and that cancellation charges for room changes are not covered under Travel Guard Travel Protection. SECURITY DEPOSITS: Designated Gulf Blue Vacations properties do require refundable security deposits of $200, payable at check-in. This payment will be refunded within fifteen (15) days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all policies and conditions are followed. All guests are required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement, acknowledging financial responsibility for damages or theft that may occur during occupancy. For properties not requiring a $200 security deposit, all guests will be required to maintain a credit card on file, to handle applicable charges resulting from damages or theft to the unit. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $500 IN CLEANING FEES.
