A 30 day notice of cancellations for a full refund. 50% refund for 15-30 day notice. If we are able to fill the dates cancelled with a booking, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds given for early departure or cancellation due to weather. Security deposit of
$125.00 will be required. In the event of theft or damage to condo or Sunbird complex by you or your guests the security deposit will be kept.
