This spacious home with guest house has 5 bedrooms total. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi and pool table. We are located in the much sought after Crystal Beach area within walking distance of the beach, Destin Commons an entertainment complex with 14 brand new theatres and a Hard Rock Cafe. There are several fine restaurants within 1 mile and Regatta Bay golf course is less then 1 mile away. The home was brand new in December, '04.

There are two full kitchens (1 oversized with granite countertops) and all new appliances. Three out of four bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs with porcelain floors. The Master suite is 15 by 20 feet with a large bathroom, which has two sinks set in tumbled marble and your own walk in closet. There are too many amenities to list and all the furniture is new. The oversized 10 x 30 foot decks overlook pool and heated jacuzzi.
