Our beautiful townhome villa is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, approximately 1700 sf; fully furnished and equipped and sleeps 6-8. The location is Bayou Village in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort overlooking Links Golf Course and the beautiful Choctawatchee Bay with views of the Sandestin Bayotwne Wharf and the Sandestin Marina. The unit features a large screened patio downstairs and an upstairs deck off the master bedroom. Our entire home has been recently remodeled with bright furnishings.

The large master bedroom has a king bed with walk in closet and full bath. The other spacious bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. All bedrooms have large cable TVs and DVDs.

Our wonderful townhome is close to all resort amenities and the water taxi to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We provide a new golf cart (3 seats - seats 6) for enjoying the beauty of Sandestin. Ride it to the beach, to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, to the Grande Boulevard Outlet Mall, to one of the many restaurants in Sandestin, or to the marina. You will love it!! Go fishing with the equpment we provide in one of the many stocked lakes in Sandestin or in the Bay.
