This first floor, one bedroom condo is on the canal and located next door to our other similar unit, "Canal Place". It is the middle unit and therefore has no picture window with the view of Destin Harbor. The large deck, however, offers outstanding views of the canal and harbor. The interior layouts are identical, and "Canal Place II" is also decorated in cheerful, bright, colors.

BOAT OWNERS: Please contact condo owner for dockage policy info and best

boat trailer storage.
