You'll feel too big for your britches when you stay at this spacious 4 bedroom beach front home located on secluded Alligator Point Fl, just an hour south of Tallahassee, Florida's beautiful capital city. Enjoy the slow paced life here where the only bars here are sand bars and tourist shops and traps are non-existent. So close but seemingly so far away; in only 15 minutes you can enjoy many restaurants specializing in our local seafood, some with water front dining, as well as seafood markets, shops and a grocery. Perhaps you may choose to hook your own dinner right on the beach where we've caught red fish, mullet, pompano, sheeps head, trout, mackerel or cast your net for plentiful blue crab and shrimp. If you are ready for a quiet peaceful well deserved getaway then forget all the above pitches and just bring your britches (beach britches that is).

Upstairs has two "master bedrooms" with king beds and full baths. Downstairs, there's a large room with 2 queen beds, TV, chairs, etc. There's also another room with a 1/2 bath and queen bed. The downstairs room has its own entrance from the outside and the washer/dryer is downstairs. Your pet is welcome to enjoy Beach Britches with you. Beach Britches is just the right place to enjoy one of Florida's best kept secrets - Alligator Point.

$200 refundable deposit due within one week of making reservation (check or money order). Full rental rate due within 7 days prior to arrival. Rental rate includes normal housekeeping after departure.Rate subject to 9% Fl tax. 45 days notice for cancellation to avoid forfeit of deposit (hurricanes are the exception)check in is at 3:00 pm check out at 11:00am. All linens/towels are provided, guests are asked to bring all paper products(paper towels, toilet tissue etc and trash bags laundry /dish soap etc.
