Reservations confirmed with a $500 deposit ($1,000 for two or more months). Deposit refundable with three months notice. Full payment required 30 days before arrival. A $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the on site manager in order to receive a parking permit. Boat slip readily available for additional fee. Rates subject to 12.5% State & County Bed Taxes.
