This beautiful bayside canal front home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are two covered patios (one screened) and both with hammocks where you can sit back and enjoy the lovely view. The dock has safety gates, fishing station, cleaning table and a large built-in charcoal barbeque. We are at an excellent location, at mile marker 106 and there is easy deepwater bay and ocean access via Adam's channel and we are only minutes away from major supermarkets and a pharmacy. Also we have available a 33 foot sport fisher for charter from the house dock, should any one be interested in off-shore deep sea fishing.

Enjoy sailing, fishing, boating, swimming, and scuba diving. Nearby... visit 'Swim With The Dolphins', John Pennekamp State Park and much more. The canal is clean and there is usually a manatee in residence. You can catch snapper & tarpon from our 225 ft dock.
