Across the bay from the Dolphin Research Center, this 3 bedroom house with heated pool & spa is located on a peninsula of land, surrounded by water on allsides, apart from the driveway entered from Morton Street, by using North Drive. It offers the privacy of an island, including a small private beach area for sunbathing, with no neighbors overlooking the house grounds. The house is furnished as a residence, fully equipped, including computer with internet and e-mail service. From the boat dock you can swim and explore the bay. The sea views are clear and uninterrupted. It's a place people return to, year after year.

The master bedroom suite (king sized bed) is completely separate, and even has its own private balcony. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. In living area sectional settee with sofa bed and daybed with 2 twin mattresses, plus a queen size futon are in the living room. Living Room and all the bedrooms have 40 / 50' flat screen TVs all with DTV High Definition full service, including all movie channels.

we are constantly adding features to both the house and surrounding grounds. in 7/2013 the house was connected to the new City of Marathon central sewage system, this replacing the aerobic system that had been in place since the house was built. All houses in Monroe County are being joined to central plants from Key Largo in the north down to Key West in the most southern part of the USA. A good long term green change that will benefit the surrounding waters. 2 new Tiki huts added in June 2014.
