A 25% deposit will be required at time of reservation with the full rental balance due no later than two weeks prior to arrival. Payment methods include: Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or by most major Credit Cards utilizing PayPal. Standard base rental rates quoted in this listing do not include a mandatory 12% State of Florida Tourist Tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee which will be added on to the base rental rates quoted. Cancellation Policy: A written notice of cancellation must be postmarked and received by Venice Vacation Rentals no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date to be considered for any refunds of rental fees or deposits received as payment.
