Additionally, there are two gazebos overlooking the ocean, just beyond the golden, sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico, that are available for your quiet and peaceful relaxation.

Be sure to grab your Florida snow shovel to search for fossilized shark teeth on the beach. Many locals and residents alike make this a favorite pastime in Venice since it is know as "The Shark's Tooth Capital of the World." We have on-premise laundry facilities that are available for your convenience and shuffleboard courts on-site for your fun and entertainment. Winter Season: (February 1 -April 30) $150/Night; $950/Week; $3,100/Month

Value Season: (May 1 - November 30) $100/Night; $650/Week; $1,800/Month

Deposits: A 25% deposit will be required at time of reservation with the full rental balance due no later than two weeks prior to arrival date. Payment Methods: Personal Check, or by Credit Card using PayPal. Taxes & Fees: A mandatory 12% State of Florida Tourist Tax and a $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to the base rental rates quoted. NOTE: CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 3% CHARGE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL RENTAL RATE AS A PROCESSING FEE. Cancellations: All cancellations require written notice that must be postmarked and received by Venice Vacation Rentals no less than 30 days prior to check-in date. If notice is less than 30 days, all funds paid will be forfeited.
