Rates shown above do not include sales tax of 6% and lodging tax of 5% and a $25 booking fee. Rates are up to 6 persons. There is a 10% discount for stays of 6 weeks or more. Deposit to confirm: 10% OF TOTAL RENTAL FEE; (MIN. $200 / MAX $500) An administrative charge of $40 will be charged for all cancellations. The balance of the deposit is refundable with written notice of cancellation received 90 days or more prior to arrival. Payment in full is due by check or cash 30 days prior to arrival for rentals of 21 days or less, or 60 days prior to arrival for rentals of 21 days or more and / or rent of $6,000 or more. This payment will be automatically charged to your credit card if we have not received your payment by check or cash. There are no refunds for early checkout. A Security/Damage Deposit is required on or before arrival. This requirement can be met by providing a credit card in lieu of a cash Security/Damage Deposit. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
