"Sanibel Delight" is a true one bedroom unit with an insulated wall dividing the bedroom from the rest of the unit. This provides the quiet and privacy for sleeping while others are moving about in the other rooms. The unit has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, is equipped with a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 2 televisions with cable, 2 iPod docks with radio, CD player, Wifi, DVD/VCR and a small library of books, movies, games and puzzles (including some for children). The building has an elevator and a cart is provided to help bring your belongings and groceries to the unit. Extras are provided such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, three 1 speed bicycles and even a set of golf clubs, pretty much anything you might need.

25% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance is due 30 days PRIOR to reservation date.
There is a $100.00 fee on ALL cancellations. A refund, minus the fee, will be issued, if cancellation is made 30 days PRIOR to arrival. If made after 30 days, a refund will be issued, if unit can be re-booked for the same rate and period of time. A partial refund may be issued, if unit is re-booked for a shorter period of time or for a reduced rate. The refund will be paid, by check, as soon as possible but no later than 4 weeks following reservation date.
A credit card is required to be on file as a damage deposit.
No pets per condo association rules. Sorry.
