Our executive 4 bedroom family home lies overlooking a picturesque lake. It is beautifully designer decorated and furnished. The South West facing screened heated pool is ideal for the sun worshipper and has a spa with seating for 6-8... just right for early evening cocktails while watching the Western sunset. There is a large shaded patio area outside the lounge doors that can be used for barbecues and alfresco dining with seating for 6-8 as well as a bar area for sun-downer drinks next to the Spa overlooking the lake.

Our private gated community provides communal pool, clubhouse, play area for children, tennis, volleyball and basketball. Briarwood lies 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from the Gulf beaches and elegant shops and the restaurants of Olde Naples. I have an airport pick-up service available for all airports on request and we will also provide airport location info as needed. Groceries can be delivered and left cooling in the fridge for your arrival. Please email for extra photos and floor plan.

Our Executive family home has a white four-post King size bed in the main suite with a king size en-suite bathroom and corner bath. 1 Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom with adjoing bathroom 2 Twin beds in bedroom 3 the an additional self contained suite at the front of the house with a four poster queen bed, this suite has a private bathroom. The villa is ideal for couples or families. The living room with formal dining area and family room with a home cinema area. The lounge has 6 sliders that open out to the pool and courtyard area both main bedrooms also open out into the pool area.
There is free High Speed Internet Access for all our guests !

Fort Myers Airport is approximately 35 miles away and this is an easy drive down 175. Miami Airport around 100 miles Nearest Beach is 3.0 miles Marco Island - 25 minutes drive Sanibel and Captiva - 1 hours drive. Disney Resorts around 2 and half hours drive
Golf Information. Some of South West Floridas most prestigious clubs are in the Naples area. Beautiful public courses include Palm River, Naples Heritage, Naples Beach Hotel, Marriott at Marco, Marco Shores, Ironwood to name but a few Briarwood has its own driving range.
Naples is a shoppers paradise with designer shops and elegant boutiques too numerous to mention on your doorstep. Naples has 10 miles of Sugar Sand beaches and boating and fishing from Olde Naples Pier.

The rates are fully inclusive of all sales and tourists taxes, local phone calls, and departure cleaning. BBQ grill, all electricity, all linens and towels and high speed internet access. Plus $100.00 £70.00 per rental period (not per week) imposed on us by the 'Homeowners Association' this is mandatory and paid by us to the Association. This fee will enable the renter to receive a bar code for their (hire) car and use the 'Residents Lane' for the duration of your stay on Briarwood.
