10% discount for multiple weeks

all rates subject to 6% sales tax and 4% tourist tax

$120.00 exit cleaning fee applies to all rentals

Refundable $500.00 damage deposit required

Check in is 3:00 PM Check out is 10:00 AM. Early check in and late check out available depending on the rental schedule. All utilities, cable TV, internet service and phone are provided.
