Marco Island Vacation House

Our fabulous, 6 bedroom, south facing, waterfront mansion is situated amongst multi-million dollar homes on a quiet cul-de-sac, only a short walk to the beautiful Tigertail beach. It has direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico and its own dock and fishing pier. Our home extends to 6000 sq ft, including 4200 sq ft of air-conditioned luxury. The large, 36 x 15 ft pool and 8 seat spa are heatable and there is a pool-side shower and a cabana. Both the upper and lower floor have a screened lanai plus there is a spiral staircase to a fantastic roof terrace that has stunning views of the whole island.

The house has a 3 car garage with power doors. Please note that this is our family's much loved private home. We are not agents nor do we own any other US rental properties and our beautiful mansion is, most certainly, not a Florida rental unit. Our home is beautifully furnished with luxury drapes and contains numerous silk plants and tropical prints. There are 2 master suites with king size beds, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. On the second floor there are also two further master suites one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds. There is also another bedroom with twin beds and a sleeping gallery with convertable beds that is very popular with children.

All bedrooms have TVs and phones and the whole house is fully, dual air- conditioned. The pool and spa are heatable by electric heat pump and are fully maintained all year round. There is a pool-side shower and a cabana with a toilet, wash basin, changing and drying area. There are 2 large outdoor tables, 12 chairs, 5 sun-loungers and a sun umbrella. Dual air conditioning plants supply filtered, cooled air and will also feed warm air on the occasional winter day when that may be required. Adjustable interior and lanai ceiling fans and Venetian blinds at the majority of the windows provide further cooling.

The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric heat pump, have full, 'state of the art', interior and exterior Jandy Aqualink system and romantic underwater lighting. Domestic hot water is provided by a large electric storage heater in the garage. The 3-car garage has 2 separate powered doors controlled from within the garage. In the living room there is a large High Definition LCD TV with a digital cable receiver with 300 channels of video and music and a DVD/CD player with a selection of movies for your enjoyment. There are a number of Florida wildlife and flora reference books and an ongoing library of novels. All bedrooms have remote controlled TVs and wireless broadband internet access is also available.

Golf is available nearby at the beautiful, world class Lely Flamingo and Mustang championship courses, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr and Lee Trevino. The new (2001) 20,000 sq ft clubhouse has full restaurant and bar facilities and a very well stocked golf pro shop. Club and shoe hire, tuition and a full golf driving range are also available. There are also numerous other golf courses within an easy drive and tennis is available nearby. The area is renowned for its wide range of water sports. Short or long term power boat rental can easily be arranged for cruising around the beautiful 'Ten Thousand Islands' and you can moor your boat to our dock. The beautiful Tigertail beach is a short walk away and has a café, board-walks through the mangroves, children's playground and beach cabana rental. Excellent fishing is also available from our dock.

A $250 cleaning/laundry fee and 10% local taxes are additional. The reservation deposit is 35% of rental rate and the balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of rental. Payment is by debit, credit or Amex cards - no surcharge for debit cards, 2% surcharge for credit cards, 3% surcharge for Amex cards. The $1000 security deposit is held on a debit/credit card pre-authorisation and is released at the end of rental. Arrival time - after 4pm. Departure time - before 10am.
