$2750/£1850 per four week month

An additional $90.00 wil be added to all bookings for the cleaning on departure. For periods of four weeks or more the cleaning charge will be $180 A deposit of $250/£150 is required on booking , with the balance paid 12 weeks before arrival. For periods of over two weeks the deposit will be 20% of the rental charge. Check in time, after 1600 on day of arrival and check out before 1100 on day of departure.
