The bright open kitchen features a breakfast table and sit-down counter, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and all tableware, stemware and glassware. There is also a tastefully decorated Living room and Dining room, full size laundry room complete with washer and dryer, attached two-car garage, your own electric golf cart, and a wonderful family room featuring cathedral ceilings and full surround sound entertainment system with a beautiful 32 inch TV. But the real charm of the place is when you step through the sliders of the family room and out onto the lanai. There is where you’ll discover your own private paradise; a full-size heated pool, wet bar, and your own exclusive view of the tenth green complete with the most gorgeous sunsets you’ll ever see.

The spacious lanai includes everything you need for swimming, sunset-watching and entertaining; an outdoor sink, outdoor fridge, outdoor shower, oversized barbecue grill, ceiling fans, plenty of comfortable furniture, and a private half bath just steps from the pool. Estero Country Club at The Vines Estero Country Club at The Vines is a gated community located between the metro areas of South Ft. Myers and Naples, just ten minutes from the brand new Fort Myers International Airport. It boasts a 40,000 square foot clubhouse (with a full social calendar) that has a picturesque view of the Club’s Tif-Eagle, Championship 18-hole golf course, surrounded by 38 acres of lakes.

Golf: Golf and tennis membership, clubhouse and golf cart usage are available to our tenants who elect to transfer sport membership and cart fees.
Beaches: You are just fifteen minutes from the most beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches in America. Available water sports include jet-skiing, parasailing, boat charters and rentals, deep sea fishing, snorkeling & Scuba, and all the sunbathing you can handle.
Shopping: The Vines is located on US 41, one of the main shopping routes in all of Florida. Everything from quaint boutiques to supermarkets to the largest malls and department stores are less than ten minute from your driveway.
Restaurants/Night Life: Dozens of unbelievable restaurants, clubs and theaters are also minutes away, no matter what you’re in the mood for. Other nearby venues include the Barbara Mann Center for the Performing Arts, Naples Symphony, Florida Repertory Theatre, and the Teco Sports and Entertainment Arena.
Spring Training: And of course, if you’re lucky enough to be down in February and March, there is plenty of Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins baseball to catch. Both parks are less than thirty minutes away, door to dugout.

Monthly rentals only permitted in community. $1500 security deposit due at time of reservation. One time cleaning fee of $ 125.00 for rentals over three months. All prices listed are subject to a 11% sales & occupancy tax for leases less than 6 months. There is also a membership transfer fee to be able to play the Estero Country Club golf course, plus a golf cart trail fee. Until reservations are confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation policy is 60 days before occupation.
