The Lovely Master Bedroom with King bed & has a breathtaking end view of the canal, pool, & lanai & a large master bath with Shower and Jacuzzi Tub.

This vacation home has everything you could possibly want for a Great Vacation Escape, inlcuding TWO "NEW" 59" 3-D Televisions with surround sound, one located in the family room, the other in the Open Living Room where it can be viewed from the Kitchen also. After those relaxing days on the beach, you can swim in a heated pool, sit in the spa, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or just sit on the dock and fish if you like. The house is on a large canal with sailboat access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf. You can choose to rent a boat & have it delivered to your dock, ready for you to enjoy a wonderful day on the water with the dolphins. On cool evenings in the winter season, you can warm up to a cozy firelplace in the family room or even spend some time on your computer in the office which has high speed internet access, computer and printer for your use.

There is so much to do in and around our boating and fishing community of Cape Coral. Our "Paradise Escape" is located very near all the action, plenty of restaurants, markets, including outdoor markets, shopping, outlets, movie theaters, and about 30 golf courses. Resorts, like "Marina Village" resort and "Cape Harbor" where you can dine, shop, dance to the music and have some great Gellatto in the ice-cream shops are a source of great fun. Don't forget the beaches, well they're GREAT! We are about 25 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and 40 Minutes from Sanibel Island, a wonderful beach for shelling. For those nature lovers, there is "Great Cypress Preserve", where one can see the wetlands, alligators and exotic wildlife. And for you Sports Enthusiasts, don't forget "Spring Training" for the Red Sox, Minnesota Twins, & Tampa Rays which occur here around the end of February thru March, you can even purchase tickets online beginning in January.

Security Deposit of $500 + $150 if bringing a pet is required upon booking*

Cleaning Fee of $125/wk or $250/on mo. rental is required upon booking**

11% Florida Hotel Tax (State/County) required on all wkly & monthly rentals

30% of Total Fee Due at booking. Bal of 70% due 30 days prior to arrival*

$300 CANCELLATION FEE applied if cancelled less than 30 days of arrival*

NOTE: Security Deposits are refundable as long as there is no damage to property. THIS HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH 3D TV's for your enjoyment. Tenants will be accessed $350 for any remote damaged as this is the replacement cost for this item. Locksmith Charges will be assessed for any key or garage door opener not returned to the owner upon Checkout. ALL MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED IF THIS BOOKING IS CANCELLED MORE THEN 30 DAYS prior to the arrival date otherwise a $300 cancellation fee will apply.
