Shopping, restaurants & entertainment are close by and it's a short drive to the Gulf and Ft Myers beaches. You can relax by the pool overlooking the salt water canal or fish from the dock. There are dozens of golf courses & tennis courts in the area.

Nov. 1 to May 30... $3400 per month (2 adults) $150 each additional guest

$500 refundable security deposit and a 15% deposit of rental cost required when signing contract. $165 cleaning fee shall also be required. No smoking,and no pets.
