A Security deposit of $250 per rental period is required. Check in/out is 3PM/10AM. Minimum rental period is one calender month. There are no group rentals and the renting party must occupy the unit for the entire rental period, you can not allow someone else to use the rental if you decide to not stay for the full time. October 2012 Taken, also JANUARY thru APRIL 2013 TAKEN. Because of severe allergies we do not allow pets or smoking in this unit. Renters must also fill out a back ground application and submit same to the condo association along with a $25 fee.
