This is a great cottage by the sea. Large lot in quiet setting. This 2/1 is furnished with a Florida style decor. It is fully furnished with all the amenities to enjoy your stay. There are kayaks and hammocks along with coolers and plenty of outdoor chairs. It has the lawn maintained in a park like setting. It is located right on the Gulf of Mexico and the view is breath taking!! There is a floating dock and boat ramp for a small boat. You can also fish right out in the backyard. This is perfect for those who enjoy a simple, quiet lifestyle.

Within a few minutes you will be close to a variety of parks, golf, wildlife viewing, large boat ramps, and Pine Island beach is just a walk down the street. Nearby, at Weeki Wachee River, you can rent kayaks, canoes, boats or tube down the river while viewing & swimming with manatees. Weeki Wachee Springs attractions include the famous underwater mermaid show and Buccaneer Bay Water Park. We are also located close to unique local restaurants and shopping areas.

There are local Captains that run fishing charters, nature tours, and platoons boats for a day on the water and visiting local islands and maybe even swimming with some dolphins.
We are an hour from Tampa International Airport & Tampa amusement parks (Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowery Park Zoo, etc) and 90 miles from Orlando and the Disney Theme Park. The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, home to many Manatees, is only 20 minutes away.

The rent includes all utilities, dish cable (because we are somewhat out of the way). There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. The kitchen is also fully furnished with all appliances, big and small.

Available for monthly rates @ $1,600 for 1 month or

$1,400.00 per month for 3 or more months.

$700-$800 weekly rates

A damage deposit will be required and happily returned to you when you leave “ only footprints”. Weekly rental requires a security deposit of $100.00 and a cleaning fee. Monthly rentals require a security deposit of $500.00 Security deposit is required at the time of reserving dates. Rental rates are for up to 4 people. Additional persons must be requested & approved
