50% discount for our "BEAUTIFICATION" Special during December 1.-15. 2011.

Please call for pet friendly apartments. We charge a one time cleaning fee and a one time pet fee if applies. A credit card information is required for any reservation in regards to damages. We charge 12% sales & tourist taxes. "BEAUTIFICATION Special" is for changing windows and siding during this period of time, but all apartments are beautiful inside, so take advantage of our discount special with 50% off all rental rates!!!
