The unit has granite countertops, and tile throughout (except bedrooms).  It's just steps to the beach and pool, tennis courts are nearby and parking is next to the unit.  Disney, Sea World & Busch Gardens are 2 hours away with plenty of golf, fishing and boating in the immediate area. Also nearby, shopping, theatre, arts & museums.
