It is located only 30 minutes from St. Petersburg, 40 minutes from Tampa Airport, 2 hours from Orlando, and 1 hr 45 minutes from Disney World.

Monthly rentals preferred, weekly considered.
Plenty of free parking on both sides of the complex.
Occupancy – 4 people max. No pets.
