Our Beach Place 3 bedroom condo is just across from Johns Pass. Our unit is spectacular and we did a major remodel in April 2008. We have new carpet, tile, paint, and TVs.    We are a non-smoking condo and we limit the number of guests so that our condo stays clean and in good shape. We are clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place for your vacation.    We are direct beachfront with nothing between you and the Gulf and beach. The property is across the street from the Village at Johns Pass and next to the drawbridge to Treasure Island. Great sunsets from the balcony with unobstructed views of the gulf and the pass.

The Master bedroom has a sitting area with an office (desk and wi-fi) between the bedroom and the bathroom.  The heated pool fronts on the Gulf.  This is a very popular unit with many repeat guests.
