It has been said before, but this is truly a one-of-a-kind condo. We have completely unobstructed views of the Gulf from the balcony and all the windows of this 7th floor condo. You can fall asleep listening to the waves at night. The private balcony has 2 lounges to get some sun if you wish to be completely alone and there is also a table and seating for 4 for intimate dinners at sunset. Our condo has been totally upgraded with new cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. We have beautiful bamboo floors, plantation shutters, and all the furnishings to make you feel like your on a tropical vacation. There is a 46” Sony TV in the living room with a surround sound system to watch DVDs, we have an entertainment center with a stereo/CD player. The master bedroom has a 37” LG TV and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a TV, VCR and a DVD player. There is a unique corner office if you feel the need to do some work or use your laptop.

You can prepare your meals in our beautiful kitchen and enjoy them in the dining room or at the snack bar or on the balcony. We offer free long distance calls to the US & Canada, free Internet service and free 24 hr access to a local health club (Snap Fitness), which is about 2 miles away. Washers and dryers are just 8 steps away in the hallway outside our front door, as is the elevator. We also have under building parking to keep your car out of the sun.
