$4000/mo Jan. thru March-less other mos (reduction for multi-mo agreements)

January thru March: $1000 initial non-refundable deposit for minimum one month rental. One month prior to arriving you will need to send an additional $3600 which covers the balance of your monthly rental fee ($3000,a refundible security deposit($500)and a cleaning fee ($100). No rental anytime for less than 1 month.
