Clearwater Beach two bedroom rentals

Our offering is a duplex with both 2 bedroom units available and can be rented separately or together for larger families. They are part of a seven condo complex located on quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church. This beautiful complex is landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and with two heated pools available, all very peaceful and private, for the use of the condos only. We are two minutes walk to the beach and close to the pier, shops and restaurants.

Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about dr iving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close, and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, great place for the kids. This home is privately owned and managed. You will meet and deal directly with the owners when you check in and out.

A tourism tax of 12% and $60 cleaning fee are not included in the rate. Deposit: $350 deposit is due at time of booking Remaining Payment: Money order or Check 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations: Accepted, Forfeit deposit. Arrival and Departure: Check in 3pm Check out 11am, Saturday to Saturday Rental week Smoking permitted outside only. For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets. Guests under 25 must be accommpanied by parent.
